Greeted promptly. Server was friendly and efficient and food was yummy! Wasn't too crowded. Prices reasonable.

Enjoyed a great meal! Luckily we went early, as we didn't have reservations and it filled up fast. I got the lobster bisque which was so creamy and good. Small chunks of meat, which is good for me! The parmesan crusted cod was delicious, and my husband loved the lasagna. Service was excellent, food came out hot and fast. Will def come back!

Walked in on a Wednesday evening without a reservation for 2 and were seated immediately in a sweet end table near a window. Hostesses and all server staff were very kind and responsive. Fresh warm bread brought to the table with olive oil and balsamic to dab the bread in...yum! We enjoyed two small house salads before our entrées of Parmesan-encrusted cod and chicken marsala. The marsala was delightful. The pasta was cooked perfectly, al dente. The Tuscan Chianti by the glass was a perfect accompaniment. Will definitely be back!!

Moved here 6 months ago & Speaks Clam Bar is our absolute "Go Too." The food is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The ambiance is FUN!!!! Although it may be noisy, the acoustics were very well thought out when designing this restaurant...you never hear conversations from neighboring tables. AND, the wait staff are just AMAZING!!!! Jessica, John & Clay, all love their job & it shows. Bon Apetit!

Food was spot on....served quickly by dedicated staff. I have been here 2 times and was not disappointed by anything.... Start out with fresh hot bread with table side mixed oil and herbs....then order the fresh seafood and homemade pasta ...ya can't go wrong... I live a few miles away ..will definitely be a regular...P.S. prices are very reasonable and each meal can literally serve 2 people. Brought home more than we ate.

This place was outstanding in all aspects. The service and server were great. Very attentive and helpful. The food was done very well and served in a no rush atmosphere. Can't wait until we get to try it again. If you choose to sit outside it is very loud with the traffic near by so an inside table might be a better choice.

I guess after 7 years and with this place basically in our back yard, we decided to give Speak's a chance at redemption, and they didn't let us down. Made Friday evening reservations online and when we walked up to the door, the, people were waiting outside and inside was even more. Felt a little hesitation after last time but when we gave them our name, we went straight to a table. Really good atmosphere but as crowded as it was, it was quite loud, but not too loud to talk (Speak?). Didn't expect fast service with the crowd but they were quite attentive, polite and helpful. Nice touch leaving the bottle of cold water at the table. Not sure who's idea it was serving bread like that but I tip my hat to them. The bread mini-loafs were warm and inviting. Loved the mix of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasoning (enough to get a refill). Great start. Waitress was great and checked back often. The drinks arrived and I must admit, the Smoky Old Fashioned was spot on. Loved the way they mixed the smoke in the little bottle and gave it a few spins before serving. We ordered lobster bisque and Oysters Neapolitan. Bisque was great, thick and meaty and perfect for dipping the bread in. Oysters, well, let me just say I could have stuck with those for dinner. Perfectly prepared and the chunk on bacon on top just put them over the top. Still thinking about them and smiling today. We got the cod special and the baked stuffed shrimp. Food was really good but following up those oysters was a tall task. Was a few clean plates in the ends. The couple beside us had some issue with something but the manager was quick on the spot and resolved things fast. S*** happens but it's how someone handles it is what really counts. That was good to see, Spoke with him for a second when leaving and he, and all the staff, were very cordial and friendly. Overall a great experience and like a phoenix rising, Speaks has fully redeemed itself from our previous experience, and we will be back. I would say maybe on a less busy day but from what I see passing by, not sure there is a slower day (another good sign of the quality). Glad to have a good place close by, especially one right at the entrance to our sub-division. Thanks for the great experience.

I've always had good food and great service here. Usually sit at the bar because I enjoy the energy there. The drinks are always good. The spinach Salad is amazing. Sometimes that's all I eat and I'll add shrimp or chicken. My second go to is the Rigatoni alla vodka. Typically throw blackened chicken on it too. Pasta is fresh and amazing and the vodka sauce is one of my favorites. Recently tried the grouper sandwich. Honestly first time I was disappointed. Not much fish on the sandwich. Probably won't get that again. Overall, great place and fun vibe
